We currently serve as the Engineer of Record for more than 50 municipal entities throughout South Central Pennsylvania, including 1st Class Townships, 2nd Class Townships, Boroughs, Cities, Counties, and Authorities. C.S. Davidson, who offers a full range of services, has been the Engineer of Record for Manheim Township since 2008, replacing the Engineer of Record who had served Manheim Township for over 50 years.  

CS Davidson has been responsive to Township needs, including but not limited to subdivision and land development reviews, site inspections related to development plans and public work projects, survey and design work requested by the Township, representation at in-house and public meetings, assistance with ordinance updates, responding to residential complaints related to stormwater matters and reporting for MS-4 purposes.
