Project Background:
In 2019, the United States Golf Association selected the Lancaster Country Club as the host site for the 79th U.S. Women’s Open in 2024. The facility needed a multi-phased facility expansion and renovation to meet the demands associated with hosting such an event. The first phase included designing and constructing an activities pavilion, reconstructing the existing pool location and conversion to the Golf Plaza, correcting the stormwater retention basin, and installing a paddle hut at the Racquets Facility. The second phase included the renovation of the existing clubhouse.

C.S. Davidson, Inc. was responsible for the structural layout and design services, construction documentation services, bid phase services, and construction phase services, including shop drawing reviews and site observations.
