Role Overview as the Human Resources Assistant:
As the Human Resources Assistant, you will provide crucial organizational and administrative support within our HR department. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, has a knack for organization, and is eager to contribute to the success of our HR initiatives. Key aspects of the role include:
· Assisting in recruitment processes and employee benefits management.
· Supporting the HR Manager in daily administrative tasks.
· Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members.
· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and records.
What We Require:
· A college degree in Human Resources or a related field.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR software.
· Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
