As the Director of Marketing and Business Development, you work directly with the CEO and Senior Leadership to develop marketing and business development strategies that align with the firm’s vision. You lead a team that includes internal personnel and external agencies dedicated to the firm’s marketing and business development efforts. You and your team collaborate with the firm’s client managers to identify opportunities, build relationships, and pursue leads. Your team is responsible for promoting the firm’s brand and cultivating our outward-facing appearance to the community and clients. Your passion for big-picture thinking, relationship building, and team-oriented collaboration make you a dynamic and valuable team member.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Fifteen years of related marketing and business development experience
- Attend networking events, tradeshows, and client meetings
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- High level of initiative, personal responsibility, and integrity
- Ability to excel in a diverse and fast-paced environment
