As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our teams, ensuring seamless operations, efficient project management, and effective communication. Your role is pivotal in maintaining our high standards of excellence.

Job Duties as an Administrative Assistant:

  • Prepare legal documents, permit applications, and testing reports
  • Maintain information for our databases, including our own system, CSDatum
  • Serve as a communications liaison – schedule meetings, prepare presentations, create agendas, organize meeting minutes, and arrange conference calls
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure all parties are aware of project status
  • Maintain and prepare the Firm’s standard documents, reports, and spreadsheets in accordance with company standards.

Job Requirements as an Administrative Assistant:

  • Proficiency: You’re skilled in Microsoft Office and PDF applications.
  • Prioritization: You excel at managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Communication: Your clear communication and problem-solving abilities set you apart.
  • Customer-Satisfaction Driven: You pride yourself on helping others and being a solutions-driven resource for our engineers and clients.

Desired Experience:

  • Three years of contract administrative experience
